Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, or infrastructure failure. The affected party shall provide prompt notice and resume performance as soon as practicable.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. All other provisions remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement
